I'm a member of the Garden Photographic society, the camera club that meets twice monthly at the Chicago Botanic Garden. One of the coolest things we get to do as a club is the Nature in View exhibition, which is in Joutras Hall in Regenstein Center, every March, at the Garden. You can see all of the details about the 2016 exhibition here.
While I was crazy excited to have 3 images in the show last year, this year I was invited to be part of the planning and organizing committee. This sort of thing is a lot more work to plan than it looks and Anne, Maria and I are going to be very proud parents when it's all said and done. I'm really proud actually because this year I have 4 images in the show. And I'm especially proud because the Garden chose my African Daisies image to be the exhibition poster!
I know, I know, pride goeth before the fall... What I really mean is how excited I am to share all of our beautiful images with you. Please come out and see the exhibit. We'll have docents every weekend that the show is on display. I'll be there March 20th from 10AM - 12:30 with my good friend Malinda.
Come visit with us and see the show.
